The Office of Specious Plans
The name “Office of Specious Plans” was chosen in recognition of the Pentagon’s Office of Special Plans – the office created by Paul Wolfowitz and Douglas Feith under Donald Rumsfeld’s orders, to provide the Bush administration with “raw intelligence” pertaining to Irag. Raw intelligence being that which hasn’t yet been analyzed by people who might actually understand it. My variant on that office’s name seems like it would have been a better one to me.
